There is a shipping fee of $5.95 on all orders within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days after your order has been placed. Shipping times vary based on shipping destination and shipping method but typically arrive via USPS or UPS within 2-7 days. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.
After your purchase you will receive an email confirmation followed by another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We happily offer a complimentary product exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you would like to return your order, the buyer is solely responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return their order to us. Please ensure all items are in new condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Items discounted over 50% are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
With only limited quantity, sizes, and/or colors left in stock, these items are offered at a Final Sale Price and may not be returned nor exchanged. IHKWIP’s Return Policy does not apply to Final Sale Price items. IHKWIP® will only accept returns or exchanges for product defects.
